Horrible customer service, communication was poor. How do you book for a test drive knowingly knowing the vehicle was not going to be available for that specific day. You sell it and dont communicate that and had me waist my time to go in on scheduled date. What a way to let me know my time and money was not worth your time.

The staff was great when I was in the office and very helpful. However, no one answered the phone when I left home, before driving almost 2 hours to get there, to make sure that the car was available as said before. One of the staff called me back later but I was already in their office being assisted with another person who was nice and helpful, and answered my questions. Unfortunately, the car was apparently sold to one of that same place employees. Anyways, not to blame the staff but I would appreciate that when saying AVAILABLE means really that the car would be available.

Even though I didn’t buy the car, Reno was very respectful and responded immediately.

They assured me that the truck was drivable and in good working condition, except for the rusted bed and the frame in good condition. They were correct, except for the big hole in the passenger floor that wasn’t mentioned in the description. However, I bought it as-is, so I’m not too upset about it. At the end of the day, the car drives, and I’ve already used it for a few dump runs.
