The sales person that helped us was very personable and worked to help us. I knew the low and high end value of my trade in before I arrived at the dealership. The sales manager offered me a low ball of $29,000 for my trade. I responded to our sales person I wanted $32,000. Back to the sales manager that then offered $30,000 for my trade. I replied I wanted $32,000. Back to the sales manager that followed our sales person back to us. He had his arms and hands full of papers as he then tried to tell me he could not offer more than $30,000 on the trade. I got up and left with the sales manager following me stating he hated to see us lose the chance to buy such a nice Honda Passport. The very next day, I saw the dealership lowered their price on the Passport by $1,000. I would have bought the Passport if the sales manager had offered me $31,000 for my trade.
