I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Village Point regarding the purchase of a 2015 Toyota RAV4. What should have been a smooth and exciting car-buying process turned into a very frustrating and stressful situation. The customer service did not meet my expectations, and I feel like my concerns were not properly addressed after the purchase. When someone is spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle, they deserve honesty, clear communication, and proper support before and after the sale. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expected better professionalism, transparency, and follow-up. Instead, I was left feeling dissatisfied and unsupported.
