sales person was rude and unresponsive. i asked for a out the door price, including tax, fees etc. The reply was the advertised price with the comment Now what? When I replied, explaining, I RECIVED NO ANSWER! RUDE AND LAZY!

We bought a CPO from this dealership, and everything was excellent, even when we closed the deal with Gabe and Mike. Upon coming home, we are missing a home charger and rim lock. Not only did we have additional questions about the warranty we bought. I sent emails for about a week, then two weeks, and now three weeks, and still no answer. Spoke with Alan and even forwarded the email over to him, but now nothing. They did mail us our charger, but would not resolve the rim lock issue, because if I need to change tires on this car, I can't, and they are not taking responsibility for that, even though waiting for answers to my email has not been possible. This makes anyone question a dealership's after-sales service. One thing that also amazes me is that they try to blame us for missing the vehicle's rim lock. Tripled check the car and nothing and they want us to pay for it to be replaced. disappointing experience.

Responded same day. Set appointment. Bought the car! Everyone was wonderful and made the process fun!

They offered to have the truck delivered to me then backed out. then they gave me a 30 day warranty stating that if anything is wrong with the truck they would fix it for free. they didn't honor it . I took it to a chevelot dealership and they found that the air compressor was faulty. I had to pay $800 dollars to get it fixed. when i talked to Vallejo motors they said that they would only reimburse me for half the cost. So i am very upset ,disappointed, and unsatisfied with Vallejo motors.

Communication was ok. No issues. Still lil higher then I wanted to pay at this time.
