Dealerships near me (Belmont, NC)

Drove 3 hours to pickup my car . When I got there they kept me waiting on the finance dept. for 4 hours. At nearly 11 pm they told me they couldn’t sell me the car because it was already sold. Mind you we agreed to a deal on the previous day.I was only there to pay for it and drive it home.We had to end up getting a hotel because we were too exhausted to drive home . They cost me $300 on gas and hotel. Don’t waist your time like they did mine.

I have no idea if this car was ever available. The dealership never responded to my phone call and email.

While the car that I wanted sold before I could get to the dealership, Miguel was incredibly helpful and responsive. He was not pushy and informed me of other options (unfortunately out of my budget). When that car sold, he let me know he would be getting one in next week and that i would be the first to know so that I could get there and check it out ASAP. We did end up buying another car before the new one arrived on Queen City lot, but not because of the dealership. It was a timing thing and I just needed to pounce before I lost another good deal. But when we start the search for my daughter's new car, Miguel is the very first person we will be visiting.

Called the dealership to ensure the vehicle was available, it was confirmed the vehicle was available and there. For to the dealership… vehicle was not there, stated it was at / in the shop… I don’t like sales tricks or dealership tricks.
