Would not return call

Adam was very responsive to my inquiry. He was nice and clearly communicated details with me over the phone. This is a family run business with great values. They have lots of nice cars/trucks and even service their own vehicles in their shop. Prices were very reasonable, and I bought a truck with no issues. I’d buy another vehicle from here again.

The car we went to look at had a terrible grinding sound when the salesperson turned the ignition. It finally started, and when we got in, the "CHECK ENGINE' light was on. The salesperson had no explanation and then stated that the car was on consignment, which we hadn't been told when we made the appointment, and, as such, it hadn't been checked by their mechanic. We couldn't test drive it. It was a total waste of time. I will not do business with this dealership again.

Our first visit was pleasant, and the dealer showed us the car took it for a spin. Never was pushed on making a deal that day even though we really wanted this car. Told them we needed to make some connections, and we will let them know this was a done deal. Came 4 days later and sealed the deal.. Great customer service... will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Again

Don’t waste your time Talk to the sales rep all day told me 5 mins before I arrived car wasn’t available. That was a week ago, car still posted online Take it down

Everyone at Royal Palms was very nice and attentive, but not pushy. A pleasure to do business with.

The car was in poor driving condition. They didn’t warn us that the car won’t go over 30 miles an hour. Glad we didn’t take in freeway. The dealership ship said they would fix it. Told me they would call when ready. Waited two weeks called them back said it was sold poor communication.

Too pushy of a dealership, great response, follow-up not so much when asked for pictures, then decided to go a different route communication went silent. They were unsure of any vehicles they had on the Internet we're in the lot, website needs to be updated with pictures before posting. 🤦🏽
