The staff at Motors Northwest are very professional, helpful and friendly. Great communication and accomodating with working out a time for me to see the vehicle, which they had all ready and pulled up next to the front of their sales office when I got there. Vehicle was in great condition and looked even better in person than it did in the pictures in the ad. I ended up buying a brand new car from a Toyota dealership instead of the used one at Motors Northwest, but if I hadn't decided to buy a new vehicle, I absolutely would have bought the one Motors Northwest had. I would definitely recommend Motors Northwest and wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle from them.

I went in. Test drove the car. Forgot my pay stub. They had me send that over in the morning. I did. Never got a reply back. At all. From anyone. Followed up. No response. Waste of time .
