The staff helpfulness and professionalism exceeded my expectations.

The communication was very poor. I was scheduled to see the car twice and both times the dealership canceled saying the car was not available because it did not arrive. The General Manager reached out to me to ask if I was satisfied. I replied that I was disappointed with the experience, this was last week. I have not heard back from him. For a dealership that sells expensive luxury automobiles this is not the experience that one would expect. Disappointing to say the least.

Everything was good however very disappointing that they wanted to charge me $4000 additional for Lexus Certification which we were not told about till near the end of process to buy. This is the first Lexus Dealer who was adding it on at the end. Did not go thru with purchase.
