If I could give this place negative stars I would. Be prepared to be told that there are certain policies in place, but those can literally change on a whim depending on the situation. I had a deal on paper for a vehicle. Since I live several hours from the dealership, have a job and kids, I needed a day or so to arrange a trip there. I determined on a Friday evening I could be there on the following Wednesday. I was pre approved, have a large down payment, and a trade in. When it came time to sign the five day hold, I was then told that they wouldn’t do this for me at that point because “it was close to the end of the month and sometimes we change policy”. Keep in mind this was February 13. I was then told if the vehicle they had made an agreement on wasn’t sold by Monday, they would then allow me to hold it until Wednesday. I found out from Car Gurus on Sunday they sold the vehicle to someone else. Needless to say I think these people are unethical.

Today is January 16 and the car has just now been posted as sold on CarGuru. I visited the dealership approximately 10 or more days ago to inspect the vehicle for purchase after calling to confirm availability, and drive 40 miles to the dealership only to find out it was not available. I was asked if I’d like to look at another vehicle. I really felt the dealership was pulling a bait and switch move. This is why car dealers have such bad images with customers.

Amazing experience with Sales ~ Liz and new trainee, Colt. Shopped over the phone for my sister and it was the most hassle free car buying experience ever. No games like other dealers play. In and out with no issues. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai. Every person at this dealership was pleasant. Would give them 17 stars if I could!

Dealership responded in a somewhat timely manner but the feedback, I got back was very disappointing! I got the impression that their Jeep was the ultimate for the price and no wiggle room whatsoever which wasn’t the case! I found a limited edition, unlimited wrangler with a lot less mileage, all the bells and whistles, for 3K less than there asking price, so I bought that Jeep!

Everyone was very helpful and overall experience was quick and easy.
