I recommend this dealership 10/10. The owners are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I didn’t feel like I was at a dealership I felt like I was with family. Professional, HELPFUL, KIND etc… I can go on and on but yes ! They’re the REAL DEAL!❤️

I test drove the 2015 Pilot Touring and I liked the truck, the issue came when I started checking to see if everything worked on the inside. The sunroof didn't open, the second row light didn't come on and the DVD player didn't work either. These issues may seem minor to others, however, it's important to me, I left the dealership and took too long on thinking about the vehicle and it ended up getting Sold to someone else.

Collins and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Collins had the truck pulled up and ready for us to look at as soon as we drove in the parking lot. The truck was extremely clean and just as listed on their website. The entire staff were all down to earth, efficient, and helpful. I'd buy another vehicle from Port City with no hesitation.

Horrible at communication. Asked questions several times with no response. Finally gave up

If I could give ZERO stars I would have...... Horrible communication. Can't get anyone to call me back. Asked for Managers still nothing. Submitted credit application and don't know what they are doing with my personal data. Keep getting SPAM emails on the vehicle but no one calls backs. Now no one answers email. Now price has changed on website. HORRIBLE experience... Stay clear of this dealership if you want any type of service.
