Dealerships near me (Barksdale AFB, LA)

Honestly this place was a waste of time. Spent a week trying to look at the car. Every time we went by, the car was loaned out to the owner’s brother, at the shop for maintenance, or simply didn’t know where it was. After having multiple scheduled attempts to look at the car. To show up and it not be there. Advertising 100k miles but running the roads in it to run it up nearly 3k more miles. Absolutely zero interest or effort to attempt to secure financing for the car. Always an excuse with them.

The internet sales rep was very rude!!! I explained to him that I was after a certain price, he replied to me “ we are not going to miss your money over $2000.00 dollars”. I then explained to him that my wife did not want to go no higher than thanked him and ended the conversation. The next day he asked how can we earn your business, I told him about what he said and he told me that he was not rude it was just the way it was. I told him that he needs to go back and be trained on how to talk to the customers. I will never recommend anyone to shop at that dealership even tho I live in Tangipahoa Parish I still know tons of people through out this state and I will for damn sure let my friends know not to shop with them.

Clean nice looking truck, but the dealer brought truck cracked up and running so you can’t hear the lifters drag. Cut the truck off and crack it back up and you can hear the motor issues. One the truck is running you can hear the lifters ticking. Dealer told me I was being “dramatic and the truck has a warranty so buy it and stop BS.” You have been warned this truck will need motor work soon.
