Bad professionalism. Dealer did not agree to the original contracted sales amount and prior to picking up the vehicle. The dealer increased the price of the vehicle.

I was contacted within minutes of requesting the information. The salesman was very helpful and he followed up with more information immediately. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I inquired about.

The dealerships manager showed minimal interest in my business, although I was allowed a test drive, no effort at all to make me buy the car, no interest in my trade -in, a 2014 Sonata with 84000 miles. Suggested I take my Sonata to Carmax for a possible higher valuation. I was terribly disappointed. I really liked the Lincoln. I was even willing to trade for a lower valuation. I only owe 6500 on the Sonata.

Great Service. The salesman was Frank as well as the Manager both Great personalities. We went in took a test drive we were shown the numbers we liked the numbers and bought the vehicle. THE DEALER WELL RECOMMENDED JC
