I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

2015 Honda Accord EX with 80,000 miles listed for $18000. This was $3500 over blue book value. They were nice enough to come down to $17000. PASS FOR ME BUD. Dealers like this are what is ruining our economy.

I drove out to the dealership. Could barely drive in. No room whatsoever to park. Other cars coming in and out and jockeying around each other. I left my car running and ran over to take a quick look at the car. No employee in sight. No one ever came out. When I left, three other cars jockeying around to get in/out of the lot. Ridiculous.

Customer Service was great. Responded and answered my questions in a Professional manner
