I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 from Ryan H. at Jim Burke Ford after finding it on CarGurus. Since I live in Reno, NV, most of the buying process was handled remotely. Ryan was incredibly helpful, promptly sending photos and videos of the truck and answering all of my questions. His customer service was outstanding. The dealership mailed all of the paperwork to me ahead of time, so all I had to do was bring the completed documents and a cashier’s check when I arrived. The process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, and I was back on the road to Reno in no time. Everyone at Jim Burke Ford was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the entire team for making this one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever had.

He said it's cash only full price. There was no financing available in spite of CarGurus reporting there was financing available.

They sold the car to a different customer once they found i was paying full🤷‍♂️. I never received the out the door price in writing despite i was told it was being made on Saturday/sunday then never gotten a word from then until listing got solde 3 days after
