BMW dealerships near me (Youngstown, OH)

I had an immediate problem after getting the car home. I did not drive it home, I put it on a trailer and brought it to my home. The 1st day I took it our, there seemed to be a battery or battery charging issue. I've made the dealer aware of it, so we'll see how it goes.

I had 1 phone call about this BMW X6 and I had 1 email that informed me of another email that I have not received. I inquired about available warranty as well as reduction in price or my price point. I sent another email or a responding email today. I am still waiting on response.

A used classic BMW car was advertised, no photo's. I was very interested. When I called the salesperson said it was on lot but needed to be put through shop, inspected and a minor repair. I wanted to see car anyway, I visited dealer and looked at car. I stated when it gets through shop I want to be notified and have first look at car and purchase. Next thing I know after 2or 3 contacts with salesperson on updates time frame for shop work completion, I got notice it was sold. I questioned salesperson via text, phone, and received no communication.

I ended up not moving forward because I couldn’t get my finances right to buy the car I wanted, but I still want to give credit where it’s due. The dealership was extremely responsive and communicative, and they genuinely tried to help make an out-of-state deal smooth. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and shared plenty of photos and details of the CTS-V. Overall, great experience even though I didn’t purchase.
