BMW dealerships near me (Willimantic, CT)

no one ever told me that this car I had inquired, was not available until i was at the dealership

Good dealership. The car was just as advertised and nearly immaculate! Because it's a BMW, the salesperson knew nothing about the car. Luckily, this wasn't my first test drive, so I was already familiar. They were going to give me a pretty decent deal, I just found a better one elsewhere. If you want a BMW, absolutely go here, otherwise, another dealership might be better suited to help you.

Salesman is good. Financial not so much.

TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door

Great experience with my sales person Ryan and finance person Paul. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Negotiations and pricing we’re good as well.

Can’t say enough about this dealership, and their sales associate, Chanthy Om, in particular. Highly recommend. Will return in the future.
