Tin was so very helpful in this process. The dealership as a whole was very laid back and courteous. Very positive experience.

This dealership tried to lowball my trade. Went across the street and they took really good care of us.

Called them to do financing on line and they NEVERcalled me back. Called again speak to the salesman he didn't answer, left a message and didn't call me back. Decided to try one more time and still wouldn't call me back. So Called and asked for the general manager to e mail me and nothing. I'm not rude or ugly to anyone, but this is just bad service. Sad to see this is the way they treat their customers or potential customers

I was looking at a Yukon xl that I had talked to a salesman for a few days on. I drove 2 hours for the vehicle to be in the shop getting oil change and front brakes. We then agreed on a deal but BMW would not accept a wire from my bank, they only want you to finance with them or a cashiers check. So after a 2 hour drive there and 4 hours at the dealership. I went home to get a cashiers check to then get a text from the dealership stating they sold it!!! So pissed
