This was the first time I’d ever purchased a car on my own so was not sure what to expect. I knew the trade in value of my vehicle. The Lexus I wanted to buy was non negotiable on price, however was priced fairly by the dealership. I inquired about the car online and quickly received a call from Client Advisor Lassine Sininta and arranged a time to test drive. My plans changed and I was able to arrive several hours earlier than planned. The car was up on a lift with 2 new rear tires being installed. Lassine is a very good Client Advisor. He showed me an out of the door price, I negotiated on an increase in my trade in and removal of 2 add ons. And that was it, Done. The entire process could not have been easier. After completing paperwork, the tires were replaced and I completed the test drive. The car is exceptionally equipped, clean and had a full tank of gas. I could not have had a better car buying experience thanks to Lassine and the first class customer service at BMW West.

I was looking at a Yukon xl that I had talked to a salesman for a few days on. I drove 2 hours for the vehicle to be in the shop getting oil change and front brakes. We then agreed on a deal but BMW would not accept a wire from my bank, they only want you to finance with them or a cashiers check. So after a 2 hour drive there and 4 hours at the dealership. I went home to get a cashiers check to then get a text from the dealership stating they sold it!!! So pissed
