This dealership is the best car dealer I have never been shopping all my life I wish they moved closer to me

They are very responsive and try to get you into another vehicle if not satisfied. The mileage was incorrect 11k versus 111k per the odometer picture so I wasn't interested but they gave me all the updates and the amount of work they put into the vehicle. No issues with this establishment

The dealership is excellent in every way. I have had my vehicle maintained here and when I recently was looking to purchase a new vehicle, they listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided me with an excellent price for the vehicle that I was looking for in their inventory.

Hsu called me within a few minutes of my inquiry and we set up a test drive. I ended up going with a different vehicle, but excellent response. I would recommend work with Hsu. No pressure. Great conversation. Very pleasant experience.

Respond and follow up.

I called the dealer and requested some information pertaining to a vehicle they had on their lot. The sales person said that they would get back to me being that they don’t sell the New Jersey residents. When I asked why, they said it was just a policy and that the GM does not like selling to Jersey because it was a little more paperwork. But she would check and get back to me. Three days later I called again to ask if there was any updated information. The second sales representative said their dealership does not sell to New Jersey. It would probably help that dealership to put that disclaimer on their site so NJ residents don’t waste anymore time. And just to be clear, I have bought in that state before on a few occasions with no issues. Best of luck as I was one of the Jersey Cash Buyers.
