Truck sold before I could get there but seemed like a good deal and good team

Inquired about the MDX. Heard from one person and then another. When inquired about recall repair, car went off market and did not receive another reply. About one week later, reached out again. Then they replied that they had other MDX for sale. Bought my Lincoln from them when Herb owned the dealerships. Even though it was not a good experience, I still have that vehicle. I expected a better experience since new ownership needs to build a rapport.

Online We were led to believe The car has been inspected and ready for sale. Just as we arrived at the dealership, we received a text saying the car was not ready for sale. The online salesman obviously had no communication with the rest of the sales department.

I 'm still deciding if i want to buy this car.

We thought we were looking at 3 different cars. Only 1 was there. The others were at another location.

When they finally did get back to me, the prices that they were talking were almost $2000 more than the listed price and they weren’t really sure if they still had it and it’s just a lot of run around. I just moved onto a different place.
