I’m so glad I went with BMW! I finally purchased my dream car, a 2017 Toyota Highlander Platinum with only 95,000 miles, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Junior truly went above and beyond for my husband and me to make sure we got the best possible price and rate. Inquired about the MDX. Heard from one person and then another. When inquired about recall repair, car went off market and did not receive another reply. About one week later, reached out again. Then they replied that they had other MDX for sale. Bought my Lincoln from them when Herb owned the dealerships. Even though it was not a good experience, I still have that vehicle. I expected a better experience since new ownership needs to build a rapport.

Car was online for 20 days. Price dropped once. Showed up to buy it and they said it was too badly damaged to sell and it was going to auction. A couple days later I reached out because the car was still up and dropped $500. They told me sorry the car was being bought from someone who works there and had purchased it the day it got to the lot. A week later they reached out to me asking if I was still interested which I said yes. Never heard back and the next day the car was “sold” off the website. Absolutely horrible experience. What a joke of a dealership

Truck sold before I could get there but seemed like a good deal and good team

Can’t say enough about this dealership, and their sales associate, Chanthy Om, in particular. Highly recommend. Will return in the future.
