Paul was very helpful in assisting me with my search and questions about the 2020 X3. I am planning on a trip this week to test drive.

I arrived at the dealership and my daughter and I were immediately greeted and offered coffee. Everyone at the dealership from the receptionist to the sales person, finance manager, even the gentleman at the parts counter who sold my daughter a hat was focused on one thing, making sure my car buying experience was 100% satisfactory. Kyle went above and beyond for me while showing me all the details about the car. At times I thought he may have liked it more than I did even though that was impossible. Junior was a delight. I have never thought filling out paperwork to buy a car could be fun but my daughter and I had a blast. Thank you to the whole Norwood and Group 1 team!

I was planning to purchase a 2023 BMW 3 Series through my bank and was informed that the pricing they offered would be reflected online within 24 hours, as it differed from the listed online price. However, when I checked the following day, the vehicle was no longer available. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I inquired about a 2022 Prius Prime I found for sale on Car Gurus, the Prius had excellent low milage, had clean title history with no prior accidents reported. Photos showed clean exterior and interior. I sent my trade in information over to them on Saturday April 25, I did not hear back until April 28th that my info would be sent to the appraisal team. Then I received a follow up email from them stating the "The car was found to have too much work needed to bring it up to an acceptable level of functionality for retail sale; so the decision was made to send the car to the wholesale auction." There is no way this could have been true with the advertisement and photos I saw. I'm only left to believe they have some shady sales practices. I don't know how to rate the condition accuracy, because the car looked beautiful and to be told it wasn't acceptable and taken to auction?

Sales staff very professional and courteous. Shawn and Mike worked tirelessly to find the right van to fit my Property Management company. My search started in Harwich Massachusetts and continued north visiting 5 dealerships. Inventory of vans was quite impressive. Thank you for your help. Good dealership. The car was just as advertised and nearly immaculate! Because it's a BMW, the salesperson knew nothing about the car. Luckily, this wasn't my first test drive, so I was already familiar. They were going to give me a pretty decent deal, I just found a better one elsewhere. If you want a BMW, absolutely go here, otherwise, another dealership might be better suited to help you.

Great experience with my sales person Ryan and finance person Paul. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Negotiations and pricing we’re good as well.
