BMW dealerships near me (Folcroft, PA)

I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

Eddy my sales person was great. Very personable and professional. Took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase the car through no fault of Eddy. I was waiting to see if my car was going to be totaled and had not heard back from the insurance company at that point. There was another buyer at the dealer looking at the same car.knowing this Eddy stilled offered to go to his office to discuss the parameters of a deal. I decided it was unfair to him to take up his time with a potential sale looming. If the situation ever arises in the future I would definitely go see Eddy again.

Had a very good experience overall with this dealership, John O’Toole reached out very quickly when I inquired about the vehicle. he answered all my questions and followed up with financing options so that I could proceed with making a decision. I went to the dealership on Saturday, November 1, he was there to greet me for a test drive, and had arrangements to go over financing right away. Overall excellent service and experience.
