BMW dealerships near me (Fitchburg, MA)

Very nice staff. Vehicle was flawed considering price

Owner was great and friendly, overall experience was really good, staff is helpful post purchase as well. They did not know much about EV rebates in MA but they are learning about it and starting to participate in it which I think is really good. They did mess up my trade in vehicle VIN number a bit and said it was a salvage car when my car actually had a repair with a door taken from a salvage car, but in the end we have it all figured out and traded our old car in! I got a blue 2023 basic model 3, exact model and built that I want, cheaper than a new one, got it faster than getting a new one, overall very pleasant experience!

Tony did a great job. Very helpful in explaining all the features.

Exceptional

Markus was extremely helpful navigating our purchase. He was extremely professional and made sure we got everything in order to get the car in a timely manner

Great experience from start to finish. Kyle was great.

Staff did a nice job. I would definitely by again from that dealership. They were all so helpful.
