Very rude over the phone. Followed up with a rude so called finance manager. Same salesman sent a request for me to come in after he said he did not need my business.

I absolutely love Nesh Auto Malcom and Nesh were both very helpful and knowledgeable in the buying process to make everything a smooth transaction. I will definitely be back for more purchases! The have amazing vehicles and fair prices!

Dude doesn’t want to sell a car. Kept canceling appointments as I was pulling up to meet him. Told me to text him and has zero communication skills. Last thing he said was not to come because financing takes 24 hours to process. This wad the third cancelation. He knew I was coming the whole day and waited until I said I was on the way. I don’t have a car currently - dude costed me money in Ubers. Never did get back to me about how the financing went. Just ghosted.

Very good dealer. I did not buy, we could not reach a agreement on the OTD price. It was a used car and I had a different opinion of its current value. Both sides tried to make a agreement but could not get there. They did treat me with respect and no hi pressure games. If you are looking for a car I would recommend this dealer.

I could not get a response on Car Gurus after messaging dealer 3 times. I finally found a number on the website that rang to Ahmed who answered the phone "hello?". So I wasn't even sure I had reached the "dealer". He said yeah I have the truck I've actually been driving it, I put 2000 miles on it so it's good to go. I requested additional photos and he said he would text them to me. Never got a response, so I called a couple of days later, he picked up the phone and I asked about the photos he said he would send them, and then I asked about picking the truck up later that week as I was an out of town purchaser, and needed to arrange rental car etc. He said he was driving but would be back in front of his computer in 10 to 15 minutes and could look at his schedule and would let me know. Never heard back, and that was the last time I ever spoke to him as I called at least 10 times as I was very interested in this particular truck, but he completely ghosted me. Beware!!!!
