Great quick experience. Best deal i found in two months searching. Financing was easy and straight to the point.

Everybody was helpful and courteous.

I contacted them about a truck. I explained to them the trouble I was having with my current vehicle and that I was desperate to not have another bad working vehicle. He assured me all of their vehicles underwent thorough inspection. He sold me a 2600 warranty so I would have peace of mind. 1 day into having the truck the electrical went out. He said use the warranty it will be fixed for free. I called the warranty took it to a place they recommended. Turns out the part was not covered. I paid an extra 1000 for the part paid for my own rental for 2 weeks. When I contacted them about the truck and how it was already faulty when I bought it and the 2600 warranty failed to pay for my 1000 part and my 600 in rentals. I never heard back from them. Do not trust this dealership.

There was an issue with the thermostat and I was not able to test drive. He said it needed to be repaired before he could show it. He said he would contact when available.

This negative review revolves around the trade in vehicle that we used to purchase the bronco. Power Kia is a large dealership 120 miles from our home. My 18 year old daughter and I was totally lied to and taken advantage of. They seen her coming. We asked for a reasonable low price for our trade in, and three salespeople/ finance officer told us that they would only get out of the trade in for what they bought it for. They lied and seen a 18 YO Girl coming. 2 days later our trade in is on their lot for nearly 10000 more than what we sold it for. Hope they all sleep well at night! And yes I get that all dealerships rip you off but this was bad. DO BETTER POWER KIA!
