Dealerships near me (Augusta, GA)

This dealership went out of their way to keep me there as long as possible despite my statements that I only wanted a test drive. I was subjected to a sales manager when it was not necessary. They appraised the car I was driving for a potential trade-in even though it did not belong to me. Then they parked where I could not see it and didn’t return my keys until I had been subjected to a sales pitch by the salesman and his manager. My time was not respected. They were trying too hard to make a sale.

The experience with the staff was acceptable no issues there, though as I said before time spent at the dealership was a little lengthy, but other than that, I give them accolades for the Service that they gave me and always a professional manner and obviously will be bringing any Toyota, we have to them whether it’s new or used

Robbie was great, upfront about the deal. Communication was great…haven’t bought 2017 Ram yet but hope too… checking with my credit unions and possibly selling my 2016 Pathfinder.

I think their chat bot mad some bad decisions and gave out false information.

The car was still listed for sale. However when I went to the dealership that same day, I was told the car was shipped off to the auction already because it wasnt up to standards to sell from dealership. Was a waste of time.

Very nice and very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!
