The price that was disclosed on the site (which we could afford) was one thing but, the additional fees the dealership wanted was another. We already figured in for tax, title and tags. Yet the amount of the additional fees was ridiculous. Nearly an additional 8 grand more. The salesman was good and tried his best. Yet, we could not get over the additional fees of the price. NOT TRUE DISCLOSURE!! Felt the price was a way to sucker you in!

Rating the dealer: They answered my questions, offered a fair price and were upfront and reasonable about fees. I ultimately purchased another vehicle but the customer service gets five stars.

I went to see the brown 2019 atlas. First the sales Kenny Singh calls me to say the car has a deposit so don't come, half an hour later he calls me and says come there is no deposit, so I drive half an hour and the car is listed for 12500 with no warranty, they run the numbers and try to charge me 14590 for the car. The salesman was very condescending towards me and didn't want to help me with the price and swore that the car would be sold to someone else that same day. A week and a half later the car is still listed with new pics. Be careful with this dealership. How can a dealer with VW techs expect you to buy a car as is for 14500. The dealer kept saying " we did our due diligence" like that means you don't need a warrant.

Very bad experience at this dealership I went there and I was ready to purchase the vehicle I was not treated very well I was told that I’m in the wrong country when I was trying to negotiate the price ! They didn’t care about their customer ! I was told that I would get $500 for my trade and agreed to that and when I went outside to get the title I was told that they not going to take my trade, ive asked if they would do $9700 on the price of the car and they told me no take it or leave it, very unprofessional, and I come to find out today that they dropped the price on the car for $9500 they could’ve called and said that they will take my offer and got themselves a sale but I guess they didn’t want my business! Again very unprofessional!
