Typical car dealer - advertise a great price but when you contact them the price is $10k more - sleazebags!

This dealership is very bad. The sales woman treat me like I was not a serious buyer didn’t seem to want to help me at all. They didn’t wanna even negotiate the price. They try to give me some story how they checked every car similar to theirs within 100 miles and they beat every price which is completely wrong because they were higher than everybody. I was a serious guy with a huge down payment ready negotiate they treated me like I was a nobody. I would avoid this dealership. There’s plenty of Audi dealers around within 100 mile radius.haha

The team at Audi Santa Monica were great! Communicative, friendly and not overly pushy. Also we’re flexible with pricing, which I appreciated.

This dealership is Top Notch. The sales person was very friendly, courteous. He wasn't pushy. I ended up trading in my vehicle they have my a good trade in value. They made the transaction very smooth. I was there around two hours total.

Had an appointment set with sales person (A) regarding a vehicle and he sold it to someone else as I was pulling into the parking lot for my SCHEDULED appointment. Terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Took me almost an hour and a half to get there through bumper to bumper traffic to basically make a u-turn as soon as I pulled in.

The salesman, Guy, was extremely helpful, responsive, and transparent. The easiest buying experience with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was a breeze. Extremely professional and competent. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you.
