Walked in at 45min til close on SAT & nobody on the Audi side even came out of the office. We drove back over by the car we wanted to see & Karl came out to ask if we wanted to drive it. Said to meet him in the BMW office. From then on, it was white glove/red carpet treatment. Karl is fantastic, quite personable & helpful. Ultimately highly professional, and a positive experience. We didn't end up purchasing the car because of an emotional attachment to our current car and deciding to keep it, but the vehicle we wanted to see was nice, and Karl was the best salesperson we've worked with in the past 12 years.
