Rude and high pressure sales people. Somebody was test driving the vehicle we wanted to see and the salesperson tried to get us to run inside and do the paperwork first to steal the sale from the other salesperson.

The dealer did contact us but we could not come together on price so I bought somewhere else. I gave 5 stars due to the fact they were very nice on the phone but I still thought their prices was a little high to compared with other dealers.

Ashwin told us a price on Sat and then called us back this week to say the price had gone up $1,000.00 but he pleaded with the sales manager that he could still sell the 2014 Denali for the old Sat. price. When I checked the price on line, the price was still the old price. If I am told one lie, I question what is the next lie this salesman is going to tell me! I don't want this guy to get in trouble but to learn by this bad mistake. I have heard a lot of sales gimmicks but this is the worst! Specially when the price was just dropped $5,000.00 One other thing, the pictures do not show a 3rd seat but this salesman that has already told me a story, says there is a 3rd seat! I'm afraid to drive 175 miles and be told "sorry, I thought this was a 7 passenger"

Brought this car(2012 BMW X6) and that the best experience with Bob Fifeild and Myron! Drove from Indiana. Will recommend this dealer to anyone!

I contacted Park Place Motor Cars, directly through their website, in late July about a truck that had been coming up in my CarGurus search. Being that I live a few hours away, I was trying to get more detail, work out a price that I was comfortable with, etc., before committing to a drive. I went around and around for two weeks via email, leaving my name and number and suggesting that a sales person could reach out to me if they'd like. I was eventually told that the sales manager would give me a call. After about a week of no call I sent an email back indicating such and was given the number for the sales department. Two weeks and the only progress I made was getting the number for the sales department. On the bright side the listing price was reduced $500 during this time. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency on the dealers part and I had a busy August schedule so I didn't bother trying to get back in contact with them right away. The vehicle was reduced another $1000, then another $500, then another $500 in this time. I decided to contact them again through CarGurus in early Sept. A sales person contacted me the same day. We discussed some of the options on the truck. Three days later I followed up via email with the sales person to get clarification on some of the options that turned out to be incorrectly stated. In the mean time I had also been talking with another dealer that had basically the same vehicle listed for about $1500 less and I was thinking if I could work out a better price with Park Place Motors I might be able to line up a visit to both dealers in the same day. Two days after my follow-up with Park Place I noticed the price of the truck was increased $1500. I ended up talking with the sales person again, expecting they put new tires on it or something, and was told they "did another market analysis and that there wasn't another truck around for that price" and that he'd honor the price this truck was at when I first contacted him (we had never talked price) but that the price had gone up for anyone else coming in. I mentioned I had talked to another dealer about a similarly optioned vehicle that was listed for $3000 less than what this truck was just increased to and the conversation pretty much ended there. So, after being listed for 2 months and reducing the price $2500, something magical happened in the market 2 days after I talked to Park Place Motor Cars and the listing price increased $1500. Maybe that's standard industry practice, but it certainly rubs consumers the wrong way. It's been another month since I spoke with Park Place Motor Cars. I've since purchased a truck from a different dealer and see the truck I had been talking to Park Place about is now listed for sale on one of their other dealer lots.

This was one of my best car buying experiences. Ron Thrune was cordial, honest and very responsive. Very low pressure dealership and they stand by their vehicles. Highly recommended.

As soon as I pulled up I was bombarded by two guys. I cut straight to to the point and told them here for a specific vehicle. But it was not at their dealership. Couldn't leave fast enough

I worked with Ron who is a total professional. Responsive, informed, and a great communicator. No rush, no pressure. All my questions answered. I wish we could have come to a deal. The used BMW had an interior that was basically all black (photos of the car hadn't been posted when I called about the car) and wasn't to my taste. A beautiful desirable CPO car that I hated to pass up. If my interaction with Ron and Park Place Motors is an indication of their product and personnel, I recommend to anyone looking for great new and used Bimmers to check them out. It's what shopping should be.

I hadn't expected to purchase a car from this dealer (Park Place Motor Cars, Rochester, MN), but did because the sales person and fellow staff were especially responsive and seemed to understand my needs beyond my specific requests. To my surprise, I own a BMW X3. Since I have returned, the service staff are knowledgeable and personable. I feel I am in good, professional hands as I move into a long term relationship with this dealer.

Pretty much the entire experience was terrible. Had an appointment with sam who couldnt make it last min to show the car, so he had geoff set up to show us the car, he didnt have any interest in helping us. Someone was looking at the truck we had an appointment to see and geoff said, "I dont want to waist your time if it doesnt sell ill call you." Being in the customer service industry myself i was disappointed, if something comes up you do what you can to make the situation right. As we were about to leave the family looking at the car left, so we asked of we could now look at it. When someone finally came out to help us it was Giavoni. He didnt tell us anything about the viechle, unless we asked a specific question. Im not sure if it was lack of knowledge or just not caring. The finance guy (Dan I believe) was great, even though it was late he stayed, got it done and had a great attitude!! We left it there that night to get a couple parts fixed and detailed before we took it home. I was told i would receive a call letting me know what was going on. By 2pm i was getting a little impatient so I called, talked to Giavoni who told me it was done, and they were just cleaning up and he would call me as soon as i could pick it up(lie #1), Awesome right?! 2 hours later and still havent heard anything, my husband calls, they.transfer him to the service manager who informs him that the parts didn't come in and they won't be in till the following day. While my husband is on the phone with them Giavoni calls me back saying, "the parts came in late and my service guys are done at 5pm so I don't think it will be done today(lie #2)." This man blatantly lied to me twice. My husband stopped there after work and spoke with Brad the General manager. He was amazing! He not only apologized for everything but went above and beyond to make things right. If you ever go here deal with him directly or take your chances (I.wouldn't reccomend that). This car was not sold by anyone. We knew when we went there if everything checked out we were going to buy it, and that is the only reason we gave this company our business. I hope they make some changes.

Great service, had a driver bring the Audi 4 hours for my husband and I to test drive, very impressive, took the car for a test drive with no person from dealer in the car with us, very trusting. Would go back to dealer for another vehicle.

I did hear back from dealer but car was listed incorrectly. It didn't have a sunroof as listed. Makes the listing not as good a deal. Salesperson was helpful but I see they never corrected listing.

My experience was wonderful. The car was driven from Rochester to my workplace so I could have a test drive (approx. 150 miles). All the paperwork was in order, all I had to do was sign. The salesman had another Luther employee pick him up for the ride home.
