Forcing me to get the “ maintenance package” because the bank is charging them a big fee to give me the loan. How is that my problem? I didn’t even negotiate price. Later they text that I should go with a different dealer because the managers don’t want to do the deal since they are losing money. What a joke

Came in because they told me it was ready to be driven and done from maintenance. Drove an hr and 45 min just to be told it wasn’t ready and it was in a body shop for damage to the door( i was told my a worker and manager that it was ready. Waste of my time

I was getting ready to purchase their audi when I asked about the warranty they had in the ad with this car. They said that warranty was only available for 90% of their autos , but not this one. This auto only had 31,000 miles and was perfect. There ad was very misleading and as soon as I called them on it they stopped communacating with me and would not answer me anymore. very deceptive
