They work hard to get me the deal I needed. I just haven’t been able to see the car since I had back surgery and I’m unable to move.

This dealership is Top Notch. The sales person was very friendly, courteous. He wasn't pushy. I ended up trading in my vehicle they have my a good trade in value. They made the transaction very smooth. I was there around two hours total.

Responsive and helpful

I started working with this dealership on a Sunday because I was highly interested in a car they had just taken in. I had explained to them that I lived out of state and was still willing to drive out to get the car and do whatever it took to start working numbers and get the ball rolling. The GM refused to hold the car even after sending all the information I needed to send. The company they work with, Driveway, took over and did nothing but drag their feet about selling the car to me and then after taking my credit application and running my credit, they proceeded to sell the car to another customer after not updating me for a day and half. Probably the worst experience and highly frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership.

I did not buy, nothing to do with the dealership. They are probably one of the most straight up, ready to sell a car dealership I’ve encountered so far. I didn’t buy bc I could not (mentally) switch vehicle brands -only reason, if I could I would’ve bought from them. If you want any Audi, you have nothing to lose giving them a try. Their shipping quote is pretty reasonable too, on par with what I’ve found if I hired my own transport so A+ there!

The salesman lied and said it was a sport back when it clearly wasn't, and then they low balled me on my civic, and then they ran my credit a bunch of times only to offer my 10% interest when the salesman said he could maybe get it down from 8%. Salesman also kept answering his phone and left to help another customer.

The day of the purchase was longer than expected but not excessive and it was mostly due to others purchasing in front of us. The staff was great and met our needs for sure.
