Audi dealerships near me (Los Angeles, CA)

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my recent visit. I came in genuinely ready to purchase, but Jay was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely indifferent to earning my business. He showed no customer service skills, no product knowledge, and zero interest in making a sale. From start to finish, he was unhelpful and made it clear he did not care whether I bought a car or left. This was not a minor lapse; it was a total failure to represent Audi. This experience was completely unacceptable and has permanently turned me off from your dealership. Because of Jay, I will not buy from your dealership, I will take my business elsewhere, and I will share my experience. I strongly recommend immediate retraining or removal from sales. I expect better from Audi and a direct response.

I want to take a moment to thank Rick Torres and his Finance Manager, Misha Petruzov, for making my car buying experience so quick and painless! I was in and out of the dealership in just 3 hours. Misha was such a great person very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole financing process feel comfortable and stress free. His office was also amazing and had so many fun things to look at! We drove 2 hours just to come to this dealership, and we honestly don’t regret a single moment. From start to finish, the experience was great, and Rick and Misha made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you again, Rick and Misha, for making our experience such a positive one! We truly appreciate you both! 🚗❤️

Everything and everyone was great attentive and helpful. I did not buy because I decided not to buy anything right now.

Responsive and helpful

Great experience!

Friendly staff

Amazing experience

The car was in pristine condition. Michelle was very helpful in navigating the sale. The price was competitive. Finance negotiated an ok loan

The salesman lied and said it was a sport back when it clearly wasn't, and then they low balled me on my civic, and then they ran my credit a bunch of times only to offer my 10% interest when the salesman said he could maybe get it down from 8%. Salesman also kept answering his phone and left to help another customer.

I had an excellent experience with Noah at Audi Calabasas! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond by sending me a clear, detailed video of the car, which made me feel confident and informed. After he answered all my questions, the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Razi, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful and made the financing process just as easy. Both Noah and Razi were professional, attentive, and wonderful to work with. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received and would absolutely recommend Noah and Audi Calabasas to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you, Noah and Razi, for making everything so easy and enjoyable!
