The sales person, Casserole, was nice in the beginning but ended up bluntly telling me my trade in vehicles are "too old and we don't want them". That was it. No further discussion, no options, no working further with me.... I answered "okay" and that was the end of discussion. I thought it could have been handled better for a professional dealership.

I had an amazing experience with Ekram and plan to continue my car search with Audi because of him. The communication and customer service was exceptional; unfortunately I was dragging my feet and missed out on the opportunity on the vehicle I was interested in. Even with that I received timely communication along with another option. I would recommend Audi Arlington to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Be sure to ask for Ekram!

I went to the dealership to see an audi etron. I could not make up mind and did not end up buying the car. However, Kadie for the tysons Audi team was extremely nice gave me all the i formation helped me with the test drive. It was a wonderful experience.
