I had three simple basic questions about the vehicle and they were not able to answer them. Instead, I got the run around. Their loss as I bought another Tesla S at a different dealership.

Talked with a salesman back and forth a little once he found out that I was also doing my due diligence and consulting other dealerships trying to find the best price he decided to insult me and then try to fear monger me into purchasing a vehicle from his dealership. I would never step foot in this establishment nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

First time ever having a good experience at a dealership.

This dealership is Top Notch. The sales person was very friendly, courteous. He wasn't pushy. I ended up trading in my vehicle they have my a good trade in value. They made the transaction very smooth. I was there around two hours total.

Had an appointment set with sales person (A) regarding a vehicle and he sold it to someone else as I was pulling into the parking lot for my SCHEDULED appointment. Terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Took me almost an hour and a half to get there through bumper to bumper traffic to basically make a u-turn as soon as I pulled in.

Great Service. The salesman was Frank as well as the Manager both Great personalities. We went in took a test drive we were shown the numbers we liked the numbers and bought the vehicle. THE DEALER WELL RECOMMENDED JC
