I had an appointment a 1 PM when I arrived I waited an hour to be waited on and then additional time to get through the finance process. On CarGurus it said that the price all dealer Fees were included but I ended up having a additional $799 fee that they charged me.

Not helpful at all. No one followed up with me. Took my information and never called me back. Never told me why I was unable to get the car.

No has contacted me in regards to this matter. I have submitted a inquiry two times. But no one has contacted me back

I made a realistic offer for the vehicle however I was told it would be a $995 processing fee. At that point purchasing a 13 year old van with over 200k on it for over $8000 is absolutely stupid. I bought a 2016 with less mileage, more features, for the asking price of that same van that they have including fees and taxes.
