Not thru any fault of theirs - but we spent hours there waiting on the registration paperwork. Getting a Vermont temporary was literally impossible, and the MA insurance requirements were equally impossible to meet despite have all the necessary information. Great folks here got us home with dealer plates and we would most definitely buy a car thru them again.

Very friendly staff when they are available, however the car needed to be cleaned hard to make a decision if the car is dirty.

I wouldn't recommend the dealership to other people who are looking to purchase cars on car gurus or directly from the dealerships website. This dealer is disingenuous and hides defects on cars when they are videoing for out of state customers such as myself, in my estimation he is not honorable nor honest. In my case he claimed the car was in excellent condition but when I received the car from the delivery carrier it had a damages on the front fender, worn tires that were not new as he claimed on his video, It had white speckled dots on the front hod, Misc. rear door dings, and the driver's side seat was ripped and torn. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to other people searching for a car, they are not honest.
