never heard back from the company after reaching out via email and CarGurus website

First they gave me a price over the phone Tax tag and tittle out the door I got a cashiers check for that amount then they changed the price when we got there had to pay 1000.00 more dollars with a debit card. Then the check engine light came on shortly after leaving with it had it checked out and the light had been put out just before we got there. I needed the truck pretty bad so we just took it to a shop both catalytic converters had to be replaced 1600.00 more dollars but I guess if nothing else goes wrong it is still not a terrible deal.

Very happy with purchase. Only bad thing, was it took a long time (a couple of hours) to pay for it due to personnel shortage in credit department. Even though we were paying cash!

My experience with this dealership was poor. I went to inquire about a vehicle they had on the lot. I test drove the car. The navigation was not working. They said they would fix it. It's been a week later. I never heard back from them. I called twice to get an update. They never return the call.
