They were awesome!

This was the best car buying experience I ever had, having purchased more than two dozen cars over 40 years.

Car was damaged and didn’t run smoothly when I test drove it. Sales person said front bumper must have gotten damaged during snow removal at the dealership and he said he never heard the humming sound before. Tried to say it may have been caused by ice in the tires. They did offer to replace the front bumper but would not reduce the listing price for the car by a few hundred dollars. They said they would have the mechanic check the tires and get back to me. We were paying cash as the car has been at the lot for 1 month and other potential buyers couldn’t obtain financing without high interest rates as the car is 14 years old.

Harry was very helpful. We ended up not making a purchase, but will return if a different vehicle comes available that we are looking for. Good experience.

This dealer did not fully check out the car before they put it on the site. There were thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done. If I had not independently, had it checked out, I would have been out a whole lot of money. Please be aware and always take the car you about to buy to an independent mechanic before purchasing, even if the car looks and drives well.

My salesperson was good. We started negotiations before arriving since I live over an hour away. Wouldn't let me drive it until after agreeing to price. Whe I sat down the salesman showed the sale price which was back up to original. Then advised the GM was not going to reduce the price. After raising my voice and starting to walk out, they went down a little but refused any further negotiations. The GM was giving me and my wife dirty looks. He then was almost yelling at me across the showroom. Very rude and talked down to me. I was told they had no room for negotiating. Having extensive prior experience in the industry I find that hard to believe. If I was given the original price I negotiated I would have purchased the car. I felt like I had stepped back in time with the way I was treated. I feel like if I had a trade in they would have refused to give me my keys back to keep me there.
