I had a very bad experience with this dealership. The same day I picked up the car, multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard, including the check engine light. I contacted the dealership, but they did not help resolve the issue. I barely used the car during the 15 days I had it — it was parked most of the time and I drove it carefully. Despite that, the engine completely failed after only about two weeks. When I contacted the dealer, they blamed me for the damage and told me I would have to pay for a new engine. Because of this experience, I do not recommend buying a car from this dealer.

They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Salesman didn’t answer my questions so I became disinterested . I asked about the undercarriage and the salesman ignored my question until I told him I was not interested. He later sent photos of undercarriage that was below my standards.

I have a very difficult schedule to manage and Luke with dealership was understanding and assisted me in buying the truck entirely through text message. No hassle, no hours in the dealership, effortless.

After a miscommunication left me a bit sour, they reached out and informed me that they had fixed the issues with the car I had looked at. They didn’t just fix it themselves, they had a reputable mechanic fix it. By the time they reached out I had already purchased a different car, but I would be happy to return had I not found something elsewhere!

James was a great saleman, explained everything about the car indide and out. All the bells and whistles for this dealership and saleman.
