I receive an alert on 7/16 that this car was newly listed. I sent communication through car gurus, and received no response. I called the dealership and the gentleman seemed annoyed that I called, then told me someone had left a deposit last week. Seems like a lazy salesperson, with no real concern.

Mr. Ben Rice contacted me immediately, and I made an appointment to test drive the RAV4. My daughter was the one who test drove the car, and he explained everything about the car in great details. Thank you for all your help. The RAV4 did not have the Blind Spot Monitoring system as mentioned on the website. This is not the dealer or Mr. Ben Rice's fault.
