Dealer never responded after several inquiries- drove three hours to get car with cash in hand and it had already sold and they never took it off the website

Reached out to dealer asked a bout trade in sent info they never replied waited a few days called again told them I didn’t have to trade in I just wanted to purchase Yukon they gave me an appointment since I’m 2 hrs away from dealer on my way there I get a call stating a fellow worker booked appointment at same time and they told me I can come look at it but no guarantee it would be available so I turned around came home I called next day to see if still available and it had sold. Horrible customer service services they didn’t even reach out don’t know how they stay in business

Nathaniel, was great and got me exactly what I needed, but Sandra the sales manager fumbled the sale. Not very pleasant to talk to, very pushy on the numbers when I asked for the OTD price, and the price of the vehicle online is submitted with all of the possible incentives they offer but that you don’t qualify for. Putting out a great number online to get you in, but showing you the actual number once they bring you in. Be aware and be careful of the false advertising.

The best Esperience so far

I reached out to Enzo to inquire about the 2014 Porsche Cayenne diesel. Enzo took a deposit over the phone and assured me the vehicle would be ready for me as I was flying in from Washington State to Monterey Bay, California to see it. Enzo had a Uber driver waiting to pick me up at the airport to brought me to his dealership in Salinas, which is about 25 minutes away. Long story short, I inspected, test drove the vehicle, and finalized the deal before the drive back home. I can’t say enough good things about Enzo’s Motors. The vehicle is as described and it’s been a delight driving it back home. Easy no pressure transaction, no surprises, I got a great deal, and a great car.

The guy was using this vehicle as his own because his car was in a recent accident putting more miles on the car but not will to negotiate price. Car was dirty and tint needs repair.

don't waste your time on this dealership. the low list price is a scam. i setup a test drive with an agreed price and drove over an hour to check out the car. but was told i will have to pay an extra 3k for the gps and paint protection package when i arrived. the general manager told me that they want to be the number one dealership in the area.... well, good luck...

Contact was fast, but reading the Carfax for the vehicle left a very bad vibe. Sales guy sounded like he had not read the Carfax himself. Not encouraging.
