Dealer never responded after several inquiries- drove three hours to get car with cash in hand and it had already sold and they never took it off the website

Reached out to dealer asked a bout trade in sent info they never replied waited a few days called again told them I didn’t have to trade in I just wanted to purchase Yukon they gave me an appointment since I’m 2 hrs away from dealer on my way there I get a call stating a fellow worker booked appointment at same time and they told me I can come look at it but no guarantee it would be available so I turned around came home I called next day to see if still available and it had sold. Horrible customer service services they didn’t even reach out don’t know how they stay in business

I cam to Watsonville Dealer to look for a Cadillac car and the sales guy help me his name is Jefrey Francisco he is awesome. He very helpful and honest even he can’t get the price I’m asking but I know he tried his best if any one wants a car please come to this dealer the price is fair and the people there they’re friendly once again five star for Jeffrey Francisco, thank you.

The guy was using this vehicle as his own because his car was in a recent accident putting more miles on the car but not will to negotiate price. Car was dirty and tint needs repair.

The vehicle I inquired about was available, but out of my price range. I settled for another vehicle 10000$ less. Dealerships communication with me was well received
