I didnt want to waist my time and drive 80 miles for seemingly inept service. I got calls at first sudmitted docs and then it must not have been a appealing offer because it was someone else a week later asking if i might want to come in to test drive the same car and fill out their finance papers(again) so i explsined id already filed the application and sent required docs at which i said id like to know my options...said goodnight shed let me know the next day..still nothing and the sombody else calls me today, leaves a voicemail like i never taked to the other teammembers nor filed all the pre approved to get to the next point at which filed the finance at so they can ship you over to the bank and provided my information driver's license Etc, overall I am done with these fake pre-qualification presentations and then they don't even contact you on the vehicle that you were inquiring about after the initial contact

Jake was phenomenal! His video presentation of the truck was impeccable! Would have loved to do business with him but the distance of 1037 miles made it too difficult. He did his part, I let him down..

Smoothest, easiest car buying experience

Did not receive the customer service one should expect. I was applying for financing and the sales person I spoke to and was eager to make a deal, when it appeared I needed more down he sent a text saying I’ll hear from him later that day and it chose to not reach out. I called a few times and chose to ignore. Done.

Had good communication enjoyed it very much

The envoys high mileage and age made financing difficult. The team at Sanderson found me a newer car with better mileage, that was better than I thought I could afford. The process was quick and upfront. They worked hard to find me the best deal for my credit situation. Definitely recommend.
