Don’t give your info to them they’ll call and text non stop even when you opt out of the text they resort to a lot of calls! I would have considered getting this car but the non stop calls turned me off

Called and was told they did not have the vehicle. Then received an email from a representative saying they do have the vehicle it was not in their system. Then I was told the vehicle was at a Genesis dealership awaiting a part for repairs, but someone had put a deposit down in it already. But mind you, I called when they supposedly did not know the vehicle was back on their website.

Called a left a message that I was looking to buy a new Jag F Pace. No one returned the call so we bought one from another dealer the day I called. It's too bad because you had the new car we wanted. We ended up buying a 2025 new instead. I did get a call the next day, too late...

I had been searching high and low for this specific vehicle. I finally found it and had requested it be shipped to the carmax near me and I even did the finance application for pre approval. Instead of responding to me or sending the vehicle to my are like I requested, they ignored me then bypassed me and sold the vehicle to someone else a couple days later. It clearly gives the option to have the car shipped so why offer this option if you are just going to sell the car out from under a person who is doing everything they can to get the car. Horrible and I wont deal with carmax again. That vehicle was everything I have been looking for and they acted like I didnt exist when I was trying to purchase.

Recommend checking their inventory. Chleo (sales rep) was wonderful.

Very nice and considerate associates. Everyone seemed happy to be there and happy to help. Never made me feel pressured. Also offered discounts on work on the car since i purchased it there.
