The vehicle I really wanted was mysteriously not there. Still drove away in a nice truck (albeit hairline scratches everywhere that went unnoticed) after 5hrs at the dealership, I passed on them washing. I have a “we owe” for one scratch that was noticeable but after a personal wash there are a LOT more. Overall Paul Thigpen is a great dealership. Probably the most up front that I’ve been to
