Advertised price and actual price Difference 4K More. did not buy on phone coveyed price is negotiable - when went added some warranty and documents cost 1K and other fee.. waste of time.

My trade in wasn't valued until after my credit had already been ran. It was valued almost 3000 less than my lowest trade in offer elsewhere. Of the 3 cars I went to look at 1 was still for sale. 1 sold right when I got there so thats understandable but the other sold a few weeks before and was still on the website. Of the 7 cars I tried test drove only 3 were drivable and 1 actually no issues. The saleswoman I dealt with was great with finding me what I wanted and working with me. I ended up selling my car elsewhere so I still got a decent amount but with trade ins beware. They value the trade in using car gurus without looking at the car and deduct a big amount for any issues with it. I'm happy with the car i ended up purchasing and the issues it has are fixable and being fixed but just beware of all potential issues with the cars they have for sale.
