I called prior to my visit to ensure its availability, since I was more than an hour away, and the representative confirmed. I informed the representative that I was on my way for a test drive with my own financing and he urged me to come in. Once I arrived no one greeted me as I stood for several minutes on the showroom floor and I had to engage in order to get a salesperson. I was then pawned off to a younger salesman. We stepped outside towards the lot and he immediately told me that the vehicle was currently in the shop for a coolant leak. I asked for a status update that day and several days following with no feedback via call, text nor email. I then realized they are not trustworthy and not trying to do proper business transactions. If there’s a true issue with the vehicle say so honestly so we all can move forward productively.

I enjoyed the buying experience with Autoboss. I went there to look at a few used cars for my son and was pleased with their pricing and customer service. I felt their pricing was fair and of good value on several vehicles on the lot. I felt my time was respected as I did go thru all the back and forth on pricing between salesperson and their manager like at most dealerships typically do and I was not pressured by today or by end of month sales. I was happy with our purchasing experience.

The car is in great condition as advertised. I decided to buy a newer model.

They sold the car while we were in the process of sealing the deal! That in my opinion is very unprofessional. I would never look to them for future purchases.
