Terrible at responding. I called to look at vehicle at 10am and all was fine. We got there at 12:15 and they sold it. Didn’t even try to call to tell me it was sold. We drove an hour to get there!

Stay away.l We drove an hour away to see a car after being told that they would be there all day and went up there, the door was unlocked but literally no one inside or outside of the business. Called to try and reach someone and it just rang. We got a call back within 20 minutes when we were already headed to another lot. Ended up buying a car at a better dealership.

I contacted this dealership about a vehicle listed on CarGurus. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was out on loan and was shown a different oneinstead. The salesperson stated all the models were all essentially the same, which I did not find accurate or helpful as a consumer. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, and my questions were not taken seriously. This was uncomfortable given the significance of a vehicle purchase. Although a manager later attempted to address the situation, the experience had already left a negative impression. I ultimately purchased from another dealership where the staff was professional from the start. Based on my experience, buyers expecting transparency, negotiation, and professionalism may want to consider other options.
