I am in another states and they were quick to respond. email communication was great due to my time difference. unfortunately price at this dealer was not comparable to another offer I've received.

Communication with the staff at Acura Seattle was excellent. For me, i went to the dealership with an expectation that if that deal was as good as was described, I would purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was almost better than described. The price actually went down as I purchased the car. I also asked for purchasing incentives, including using the Costco auto program to buy the car. That was all approved. Additionally, much work had been done on the car to make it basically as new as it could be for a car with 20,000 miles. The financing office simply listened to what I said I would be willing to pay for and what I would not. All went very smoothly. Your site proved to be an invaluable resource for me. Thank you.
