I was put on hold for another customer who didn't purchase the vehicle & never got a call back

I was genuinely interested in purchasing a CPO MDX and requested an itemized OTD price while comparing it with another vehicle. When I spoke with the pre-owned manager, I explained that I had a written OTD offer from another dealership. Instead of simply providing their best price, I felt my credibility was questioned and the conversation became disrespectful. I actually had the competing dealer’s written buyer’s order showing the exact OTD amount. I decided to take my business elsewhere. A customer should be able to discuss a legitimate competing offer without feeling accused of being dishonest.

I test drove car. It had a service light on. The sales lady told me to come back the next day. I made an appt. She called right before my appointment to tell me the car sold. What? She could have called me b4 it sold.

Dealership was suppose to call me back. They did not. Haven’t tried to contact them anymore as they don’t respond to customer inquiries.
