The price offered with trade-in was $39000 my trade in with 40,000 miles on it was worth around $13,000 made no attempt to make a deal, I had an offer for cash from another dealer, but Preston said it was not a true offer, even though I had a Picture of the offer!

This is a so-so dealership. The dealership adds a lot of fees and extras to inflate the out the door price. A lot of haggling to just get back to the advertised price. Be prepared to invest a lot of time.

Dealership fair on its pricing, and its employees were very professional and helpful. First rate dealership.

Not a great experience. On June 30 when I called this dealership to clarify if this was a smoking vehicle, referencing inventory number and a photo of the dash, I was Lied to! After an hour drive to check out the vehicle and make the purchase already lined up financing, staff pulled out the vehicle, rolled down the windows, I was shocked to find cigaret burn holes in the driver seat, and marks on the console. the vehicle has an overwhelming sent of smoke. I was very clear with my original question and clearly identified the vehicle of interest. But one Employee decided to Lie to me and wast my time. It was a simple question, it is so disappointing to have this experience, it’s a used vehicle just be honest, manage expectations. Simple honest answer was all I asked for. Very disappointed. The manager tried to discuss my concerns and was professional. However the trust was destroyed by one employees….
