They don’t honor the prices posted on their web site. They post a price but then when you go there it’s not the price they tell you. False advertising

Horrible communication, texted me back once. No communication. Wouldnt call. Once they realized I was unavailable for a test drive that day because of living so far away all communication was lost

I already did this once and my opinion hasn't changed i wasn't told the vehicle wes being looked at by another person and when I got there they wanted me to stay in an office and wait for the vehicle to be sold to someone else. I can't imagine a reason for me to ever go back. Their customer service leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. In a few weeks when asked to review this dealer again my review will be the same.

Dealership not open upon several attempts to visit within operating hours.

Vehicle had multiple problems even though I was told it was in great condition. E-brake didn't work, multiple windows wouldn't operate, cracked windshield. Sales person more interested in being in phone than customer service. Even though I told them I had to drive over an hour to get there. ABSOLUTELY awful place to shop.

Ok, salesman was fine. Sales manager over the weekend; dismissive and arrogant, literally told me "I didn't call you over, you can go sit down over there". I try was attempting to hand the salesman my insurance information. The finance team was good. I won't go back due to the sales manager, he was a jerk and unfriendly.

Bought a verry nice mazda

This is definitely a dealership to avoid! Not an honest business. We test drove the vehicle, and could immediately tell there were issues with it. The right CV joint was making knocking sounds when you would hit a bump. We discussed the issue with the seller, who acted surprised like he didn't know anything was wrong with the vehicle. We then asked if he would be willing to either fix the car before we bought it, or adjust the price. He made a deal with us to fix the car and agreed to allow us to take it in for a mechanical inspection. We made an appointment with our mechanic and agreed to purchase the vehicle as long as everything checked out. The morning of the appointment the dealer backed out stating that someone else was bringing him a check for the car. He sold it out from under us mid deal, and I can pretty much guarantee without fixing it or giving the other buyer the information re: what was wrong with the vehicle. Definitely a shmarmy experience and we likely dodged a bullet!
